Note that this unit is setup for having 2 tools connected at the same time.  The lever upper right selects which one fluid goes to.  You twist the big black ring on the tool to open or close it.  Jaws are shown closed above and open below.

Spreader jaws unit is model 2007.

In the image below, we used it to straighten a bent mono-rail beam.

Closed and extended positions of the ram are shown above and below.  You twist the big black ring one way or the other to extend or retract.
