we can't schedule shipping without
knowing for sure what the delivery details are.
We continue to be amazed by how often something sits in our shipping area
because, even though it is all paid for, we don't have all the information we
need to schedule the shipping.
- We simply can't schedule the shipment for a truck, international or
expedited item without a delivery contact phone number. PERIOD!!!
- We can't ship to a commercial business without the name (and
address) of the business.
- We can't ship at the lowest rate with out confirmation that the delivery
address is a commercial business with truck-high dock or forklift or that
buyer is picking up at the truck terminal.
- We can't ship with partial or conflicting address information (zip code
does not match, we are given two different addresses, etc.).
- By default, we ship to the address we get with payment so be sure all the
right information comes with payment.
If any of the above conditions occurs with your item, your item will sit in
our warehouse while we wait for you to provide the needed information (and you
wonder why you item is slow in being delivered).
