This is a new and unused Siemens SED2 5HP VFD in NEMA 3R harsh environment enclosure. It's actually a 5HP VBA35.0F333XHT1 variable frequency drive installed by Siemens in a Hoffman 3RHE heated enclosure at the factory with new firmware. The enclosure includes contactors and a 30A reactor. Note that the Siemens VFD is the high-temperature model, which gives a big extra measure of reliability.  CA# 6517
