In an ideal world, we would all be reasonable and all have the same definition of what reasonable is with regard to transactions.  However, in this 21st century, we are trading with individuals from all over the world who come from all different backgrounds, cultures and beliefs.  In this era, we want to settle our differences without resort to physical violence and deadly force. Thus, we are forced to put down our definitions of what we expect with regard to what we think is reasonable for this type of transaction.  This is particularly important where we are trading in a non-traditional environment in items that do not conform to classic retail consumer storefront sales situations.

These "rules" for this transaction are "indexed" in the links below the "TERMS & CONDITIONS:" link in the listing you just came from.  Unfortunately, the complexity of the situation and the legalistic nature of current society results in our trying to spell out everything that we can think of.  This makes for a complex and extensive set of terms and conditions.  Hence the links rather than just dumping you into one huge document.  Hopefully, we will be able to implement the T & C search link soon so you can find all instances of any key word quickly and easily.

We might consider waiving any specific term or condition in special circumstances, on a case-by-case basis. You would have to get our agreement to any such waiver documented in an e-mails prior to making a purchase commitment.  (Please don't waste your time and ours with a smart-ass request to waive all T&C's.)
